Organic Grazing
Grass-fed cows, low-stress management techniques, and open pasture rotation are all used for a better, naturally grown herd of cattle. Organic Pecans
Pecans are a good source of protein. And, the antioxidants and plant sterols they contain may improve consumers' cholesterol status. Research shows that organic pecans have a superior taste, yet organic foods make up only 1-2% of the entire food supply. At Journey's End Ranch, we are committed to naturally grown pecans.
Ranch History
Named after Nathaniel T. Journey, who located his league and labor of land on a trail ending at the base of Mulberry Bend. He was an early day Indian fighter and the first Captain of the North Texas Ranger Company. The ranch is located in Fannin County, Texas, between the bayou of the Choctaw and the Bois d’arc on the bank of the Red River. [more]
